Tanna Island, Vanuatu

Greetings.  I returned from a mission trip to Vanuatu a few weeks ago and want give everyone an update on how God used the team to encourage believers there and lead many people to the Lord.  We were on Tanna Island which has a total population of 20,000.  We stayed in Isaka village which is in the middle of a valley that the missionary and the local pastors are working to evangelize.   Many people had to walk for hours to reach the clinic.  We had a steady flow of patients most of the time but it wasn't overly busy.  This allowed us to share Christ with everyone that came to the clinic and pray for their needs.   Our host missionary Bryan Webb said, "Two previously resistant villages opened their doors for church planters to work amont them.  The team accomplished their purpose!"

Trip Stats:

Patients seen - 679

Prayed sinners prayer - 105

Water Baptisms - 9
